WOW! A hidden gem, I mean Japanese and Italian fusion, are you kidding me?! I would recommend dropping all your weekend plans and scoring a reservation here. We celebrated girls' night with some carbs and lovely wines. Feel free to reference their menu on the wall with the top 10 items. You cannot go wrong with uni tomato linguini. Divine!

Amazing place to eat. Super small, only 7 tables and a small bar. We lover the green mussel 3 ways and the bruschetta for starters. The. A must eat is the Miso Carbonara. Our server was Keiko, she was amazing.

Pasta onegaishimasu... After finding this gem I just had to give them a visit and yup it was number one on my list and it's not just my opinion but the winner of the Restaurant Award Winner of Ethnic Restaurant of the year I noticed a couple of awards on the wall though the owner seems to be doing an interview so I couldn't get a clear pic of them. Anywho this is located on Spring Mountain Road which is a long stretch filled with Asian shops and restaurants which I was quite impressed with the variety of shops and restaurants...so much so after lunch I went to Kung Fu Tea next door lol! Since the great foodie mind as we think alike does frighten me I decided not to experiment and we both got the "Spaghetti Wafu Kurobuta Sausage & "Kinoko" all that in a Wafu Shoyu Sauce and it all came in a ramen bowl which gave it that type of look, topped it with a generous amount of shaved round white onions I assumed is meant to be tossed...nah! I can't to raw onion and just tucked it to the side which still gave this dish a lot of yumminess. As we arrived about a hour to closing we were still greeted delightfully and have been given a lovely table against the wall and as we chat about our Vegas adventure that's about to begin we noticed that the Dodgers was playing and mom being excited about that wanted to watch the game while we ate and changed to a table across the room so that she was able to see the game as well and that was so appreciated. Thank you!

My husband LOVES Italian pasta and also really likes Japanese style pasta so tried this place. It's a very tiny restaurant located in a small strip mall (compared to the other ones on Spring Mountain that have a large supermarket, bakery, etc.) They only have about 7-8 tables and some counter seating so I suggest you call ahead and make reservations, especially you have a large party. We just did walk-in and got seated right away but the place filled up pretty quickly. The ambiance is dark and kind of has a divy pizzeria meets a ramen shop type of vibe. The servers were two young men who spoke English and Japanese well and great at service. Now for the food, we started off with the yuzu yellowtail that they said was fresh from Japan but it tasted alright but not phenomenal and the fish was cut a bit too thick for our liking... We also had the uni pasta which is their signature and it was pretty tasty but not the best uni pasta I've ever had... We also got the linguine vongole with garlic white wine sauce and it wasn't bad but it lacked in some umami flavor. Another dish we got was the spaghetti with garlic sauce and they were able to accommodate by separating the noodle from the sauce which was great and the sauce was delicious. To top off our meal, we got the matcha gelato and I have to say I think it's the best thing we ate here. It tasted so refreshing and authentic with that super chalky matcha taste and had a bit of an icy texture that was great. My toddler daughter LOVED it and gobbled it up quickly. Def get the matcha gelato. So overall, I think you should try this place if you like Japanese Italian.
